Shipping Policy
EchoBear partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and USPS, which work with local couriers. This allows us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
All orders are charged at the time of purchase and are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
We require 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing limited stock availability.
Once your order has begun processing in our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in our suppliers’ locations.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some shipping providers, it may take several days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking has not updated, please contact us.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, EchoBear cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs delays, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, and other interruptions.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EchoBear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
EchoBear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please report it to your shipping carrier and file a claim.
We rely on the timestamp and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims not reported promptly may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct before submitting an order. Once an order has been processed in our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it or make address changes.
